he Orange County Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners takes pleasure in inviting you to join us for another excellent luncheon and hear our guest speaker who will share her perspective on Consumer Fraud.  This is another presentation you should not miss. 

SPEAKER BIO: Tracy Hughes is a Deputy District Attorney assigned to the Consumer Protection Unit of the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.  Ms. Hughes has worked as a prosecutor in Orange County since 1995.  Prior to her current assignment, she worked on the criminal side handling juvenile, misdemeanor, felony and serious felony trials.  In her current role she has been involved in a large scale environmental prosecution for MTBE contamination of groundwater and a wide variety of consumer fraud prosecutions.  Ms. Hughes received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.  She received her B.A. in International Relations and M.A. in International Policy Studies from Stanford University.
